Product Details
*Pink is a comfortable, drop-shoulder jumper. It is worked seamlessly from the top in one piece, beginning with the neck edge. The shoulder slopes are shaped with the use of the contiguous sleeve method. The front and back are worked separately down to the underarm. The body is formed by joining the front and back at the underarm. Finally, the sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole edge and shaped using decreases. *
The color is worked in seamlessly using a modified method of knitting in the round. Only 2 skeins of yarn (one of each color) are needed to create this effect. In order to make a smooth transition between colors, there are increases worked into the knitting that are immediately decreased in the following row. This process is described in detail in this pattern.
