It is knitted flat on two needles and pieces are seamed up afterwards (except for the tail which is based on an i-cord). This pattern is easy to follow with row by row instructions, step by step photographs and handy tips.
Any 4 ply (fingering) yarn can be used and only a small amount is needed for each colour.
