Nice wool blend - shame about the knots
This is a extra chunky wool blend. It is knitting up well. My only negative is that of the 7 balls I’ve used so far 5 have had knots in so need to cut and rejoin yarn, therefore more ends to weave in

Ordering from Lovecrafts could become addictive!
I needed a substitute yarn for Lion Brand Thick and Quick which was no longer available. The Paintbox yarn was slightly thicker so even quicker to knit! And with a size smaller needle I achieved the required size. I know my granddaughter will be thrilled with her chunky jacket!
l chose the colour and was shocked when it came the colour was nothing like what l saw on the web site, l know the colours are not exact but l would not choose this washed out colour in a million years. l did not send it back as l was ill

It's my first time knitting with super chunky, I've got small hands so finding the kneedles a bit awkward, but the wool looks and feels gorgeous and I know it's going to make a beautiful jumper for my daughter.

Great yarn but splits a lot. Crocheting slower helps. Lovely colour. Even crocheting at a slower pace still creates a blanket project quickly.
