Ogee & Gosh are two winter hats featuring colour work patterns inspired by motifs created by the resist dyeing technique known as Ikat that is used in textile weaving around the world. Version 1 (Ogee) is a slouchy fit beanie, has a short brim, and a pom-pom. Version 2 (Gosh) is also slouchy, has a folded up brim, and a features a unique speckled pom-pom! The hand-dyed colours of the Yarn Collective Bloomsbury DK used in this design create such a lovely varying depth of colour, it reminds me of the look of texiles straight out of the indigo vat. One skein of each colour way suggested is enough to make both hats!
