This noble loop is usually worn by a lady. Only for the town fair she lends it to her caring maid. For some reason the loop suits both women equally well, as if it was especially made just for them.
The lace panel is worked first. Then stitches are picked up on its edges in order to work in the other direction. In the end, the fabric needs to be grafted together to form a loop
The pattern includes written and charted instructions for making the loop.
Yarn 3 different colours of a sport weight yarn: 131 yds of colour A - Road to China Light “Feldspar” (beige) 98 yds of colour B - Road to China Light “Carnelian” (antique pink) 203 yds of colour C - Road to China Light “Garnet” (garnet red)
