This hooded tringle warm and cozy shawl is perfect for fall, rainy days and chilly evenings, but irreplaceable during those snowy, winter days.

The pattern is written using US crochet terminology. The Pattern was fully tested and tech edited.
Skill Level: Intermediate. The texture of the shawl is achieved mainly through front and back post stitches.
Yarn: #4 medium worsted yarn, used here: Hayfield Bonus Aran Tweed, color 929 Glencoe (1 skein) and Sirdar Hayfield Bonus Aran With Wool, color 872 Barley (1 skein).
Hook: 6 mm US J-10
Gauge: 12 sts x 8 rows in dc = 10 cm (4”) square
Construction:The shawl is worked in one piece and without any seaming, unless you opt for a hooded version (in which case the hood is seamed on top of the shawl).
Finished Measurements: 193 cm (76”) long and 90cm (35.4”) wide without the hood.

So far so good. Haven’t finished it yet, but so far the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Was able to find the same yarn used in the pic (different color, same yarn), and so far it looks just like the pic.
I found this pattern very easy to follow, even though it says intermediate level. This is the first time I have been able to use a pattern without a video. I did watch a clip to see how to make one of the stitches. I’m 2/3 of the way down and very happy with the results.
