Lovely wool! Can rip if pulled too hard (e.g.: seaming) however, due to the fact that this is a roving wool, a break or join can be felted with a little moisture and friction! Crocheted a braided headband and the colours lent themselves beautifully to the pattern. Also crocheted a hat but the varigation was less than flattering. One 100g skein made each pattern. Cozy warm results. Flows over a wooden hook with no splitting issues. Would buy again.
Got pattern from different source for the particular wool I ordered. Easy to follow and if unsure can google.

Love it. The colours are stunning. I bought 263, it is lovely. It’s mainly chunky with a few skinny lengths occasionally. The only disappointment is that the wool itself isn’t soft, but I mainly use Blue Faced Leicester wool, which is wonderfully soft, so have been spoilt with softness!
