Product Details
No Purl Nonchalant is the little sister of my more colorful Nonchalant shawl pattern. Same as the other one, it is worked top down, starting with a garter tab and increasing in every second row. It has a sideways knit-on border. The shawl uses a simplified brioche stitch for both the body and the border, no purls are required. Instructions are written out for one size, sizing options are in the pattern.
Difficulty Level: Advanced beginner (brioche stitch, knit-on border)
Yarn: SMC Select Highland Alpaca Fino (50% wool, 50% alpaca; 250m/50g; 273yds/1.76oz); 2 balls. Sample used up 400m/437yds.
Needles: 4.5mm/US 7 circular needles

Gauge: 16stitches/38 rows in brioche pattern = 10cm/4in
