Mrs Claus & Elf gonk gnomes

El the Elf & Mrs Claus are ready to party or are they off to the Christmas Market for some mulled wine?

The kitchen is not the place for them today, they are ready for the outdoors.

Each gonk gnome is approx 7”, from base to top of head

I do allow the finished products from my patterns for charity or by hobby sellers please ensure designer details are also included.

Gauge isn’t important just needs to be compact so that stuffing doesn’t show through.

Any colour combination, and brand of yarn can be used.

Materials needed:

Needles UK No 10 (3.25mm) US 3 No 8 (4mm) US 6

Tapestry/Darning needle for sewing up

Toy stuffing

Gauge 7sts x 9 rows = 1”

12mm safety eyes (optional)

Suggested colours – DK/8ply

40g red

20g skin tone

20g snowflake

15g white

5g black

30g green

2x 30mm pompoms for shawl (optional)

Bauble for elf hat (optional)
