This pattern celebrates the rustic beauty of fleece coloured wool- specifically Daughter of a Shepherd yarn. The stretchy barred rib stitch pattern in two sizes means a fit should be found for the majority of adult head sizes. The mitts also come in two sizes, with ribbing ensuring a good fit on wrists and hands. The barred rib over which gauge is measured consists of five rounds of k3, p1 repeated across the round, followed by a round of purl, four rounds of k3, p1, repeated across the round, followed by a round of purl.
