Don't see how they could improve.
Love the cubits needles, they are so easy to knit with because you have a little gap under the stitch to get your other needle into even if the yarn is a bit fluffy or loopy or otherwise fiddly. I use these to finish (decrease) hats made with thick-ish yarn which I start on their circular needles.
Having more expensive and better made needles makes a huge difference. These are lovely to use.

These are great. If you haven't tried cubics needles, you don't know what you are missing. SOOOOO easy to knit with, especially if the yarn is fiddly.
