Kajo Shawl is simple and elegant shawl with side-to-side asymmetrical shape. The shawl is divided into garter stitch and simple eyelet lace sections which create airy and light appearance.
Kajo shawl is designed for sock / fingering weight yarn and it is worked flat on circular knitting needles.
This pattern includes written instructions.
Techniques: Lace knitting, garter stitch, increases, decreases, bind off.
Level of Difficulty: Advanced beginner
Gauge: 24 sts & 30 rows / 4 inches (10 cm) on circular knitting needles size US 6 (4 mm) / in garter stitch. Please check your gauge and adjust needle size if necessary. The gauge will affect on the finished size and yarn needed.
**Finished Size:**Approx. Width 20.5 inches (52 cm) x length 56.5 inches (144 cm) after blocking.
Knitting needles: US6 32” / 4mm 80 cm circular knitting needles OR size to obtain gauge – needle size is only a suggestion!
