The Jasmine spa set consists of 4 items: face scrubs, a body scrub, a headband and a soap bag. The face scrubs and the headband feature the jasmine stitch. It’s an easy, very decorative and eye-pleasing stitch. Supplies: *DK cotton yarn (about 120 gr) of your choice and a 3.00 mm hook (UK11) (US 10/3) Also needed: button or bead for the headband’s closure, tapestry needle for weaving ends, sewing needle and thread for fastening the button on headband, st-markers. Stitches: chain (ch), chain space (ch-space), skip (sk), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc), 2 and 3dc cluster. American terminology used. Measurements: Face and body scrubs 9x9 cm/3.54x 3.54”, soap pouch 9x14 cm/ 3.54”x 5.51”, headband – desired length. The one in the tutorial is 49 cm/20” long.
