James C. Brett Flutterby Chunky

I loved the confetti colour of this yarn, but it was quite thin and broke easily when crocheting and pulling on the magic ring. I stuck with the magic ring after a couple of attempts though. It also shedded a lot. It was fine after completing the cat.

Using this to knit a warm and soft blanket. Knits well using size 6mm needles. Very pleased with it.

Very nice to knit with on 6mm needles. Mixing with other colours of Flutterby to make a soft and warm blanket for an adult.

Have used flutterby chunky many times to crochet baby blankets. It’s easy to work with and the finished blanket is always so soft. Washes well and retains its soft feel.

I have used this brand of wool for years to make a hooded baby blanket which is always liked by family and friends as it knits up so soft. Knits up good but no good if you make a mistake and you undo a row. Wool tends to split. Once knitted up it’s so soft and you can put it in the washer. Wears really well and can last a long time as a comfort blanket.

I have used this product to make blankets for a total of eight great nieces and nephews over the last 8 years and have had repeated request for more . The yarn is soft light weight but warm and is quick to knit with ,I recommend it .
