This shawl is a classic triangular shape shawl with added umph at the wings. It is worked in no time in a gorgeous bulky but airy yarn and the result is a lovely, huge, shawl to embrace the colder days ahead.

Or equal amounts of bulky weight yarn.This is a large shawl. Avoid using heavy-weight yarns for this project. Instead, opt for blown, woollen-spun airy chunky yarns. Also, a thread of mohair and a thread of worsted/aran will give you similar results.

Gauge 14 sts X 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in stockinette stitch after blocking Gauge is not crucial for this project. You can achieve a similar beautiful result using a different gauge and sport or Dk weight yarn.
