**About the Design: **The houndstooth motif is a classic! I’ve joined small and large versions together in this colorful design, shown here in 2 colorways - lighter, springtime colors and deeper, autumn colors.
The heel flap, heel turning and toe shaping are all in heel stitch pattern, both for extra durability and for the aesthetic of having a design element repeated elsewhere in a design, creating balance.
Brown Sheep Nature Spun Worsted, 100% wool, 245 yds/3.5 oz pull skeins, 1 skein each.
Spring Colorway: #730 Natural (MC), #N30 Nordic Blue (A), #N64 Platte River Blue (B), and #N80 Mtn. Purple (C).
Autumn Colorway: #114 Storm (MC), #101 Burnt Sienna (A), #N93 Latte (B) and #522 Nervous Green (C)
