I crocheted a bag with this and it come out lovely. Really sturdy and hardwearing. The yarn crocheted well, the only complaint was that the yarn could split a times but it wasn't an issue really. Love the look of it about to start another bag in the pale yellow.
This is a great thick cotton - made a tote back with it. It can be hard on the hands, though, so take breaks.
Used this to knit chunky cushions. Pleased with the colour and results however found that the yarn twisted and tangled in use.

Top quality product
Good amount of cotton, tightly wound with no cardboard tube in the middle, cotton of consistent thickness although some slightly rough joins in yarn, weaves up well in a rep weave project.
I used this to make my first macrame project in nearly fifty years. It is really easy to work with and feels lovely to the touch. There was also sufficient quantity for me to make two fringed plant holders, which I wasn't expecting. I will certainly be buying some more so that I can continue with my macrame projects. I also like the fact that it will take natural dyes and, the fact that it is recycled.
