Product Details
Herzchen is the German diminutive for ‘heart‘ which is also used for very lovely persons. These fingerless mittens and hat show that the wearer is such a lovely person. Their cute heart shaped colourwork stands for love and friendship. Each project can be knit up in a few days. Warms the ears and wrists as well as the hearts.
Both hat and mitts feature a band of corrugated ribbing within the main colour ribbing that looks with its two colours just like a woven in ribbon. The heart colourwork spreads all over the mitts and hat, covering everything with love!
Skill level: You should be comfortable with working small diameters in the round. You should be able to knit, purl, make 1, k2tog and ssk. All stranded colourwork is charted.
