I bought the Hayfield DK because it matched the colour I needed to knit a beanie for my adult grandson. As it happened I managed to make two out of the one 'ball' so gave the second to my daughter-in-law. Both were very pleased.

It does pill a bit but being acrylic that is common. Yarn is consistent and shipping quick. Will buy again
The yarn gives a good finish when knitted up
This has always been my favourite acrylic DK yarn for knitting and crocheting toys. It looks and feels like wool, has good stitch definition and a fantastic variety of colours. It is also very reasonably priced.

Beautiful wool So far I’ve knitted a little cardigan for my new grand daughter due in March and I’m currently knitting a baby blanket. The colour and texture of the colour are perfect. I’ll definitely be ordering more.
