Hayfield yarns are a staple of my yarn stash. I knit baby hats and blankets for charity. The Hayfield yarns are favorites.
Lovely wool to handle. The changing colours means if you want it to look exactly the same both sides you have to waste some until you connect back to what you need. I did the back and sides in one up to the armholes. However it looked beautiful when I'd finished the first size of a baby jacket and hat. Would have sent a picture but there wasn't a choice to do it.
I just started crocheting with this yarn. It’s soft and easy to work with. Also, very pretty. I think I’m going to like it a lot!
I liked the baby items I saw worked up and wanted to one a try. Since the pattern seemed to work only with the baby blossom dk, I ordered some. Love the colors and the feel of the yarn . Unfortunately, I've not been able to work with full time. Still looking forward to that.
Knits up amazing !!! I use it for adults as well as little one s Hayfield yarn has been around for years and years it’s from Yorkshire I am British so been using it from ever !!!! Crochet beautiful absolutely recommend it ! I use a pattern when needed generally not ! Very happy with it ! That’s why it’s always out of stock
This yarn is lovely and soft, and pretty when knitted up, but I found lots of areas where the yarn was thinner, then some where it went thicker. It was disappointing because I couldn’t miss out those areas in the patterned part of the yarn.
