Gem Waves is a crescent-shaped shawl knit using a combination of garter stitch, two-color brioche, and eyelet stockinette stripes to create brilliant texture that resembles waves. I was inspired by my Gulf Waves shawl pattern, and wanted to create a larger, two-color version! Grab two skeins of fingering weight yarn for this textural shawl! The textures created in this pattern are perfect for showing off speckled and variegated yarns as well as solids and semi-solids!
