The suggested yarn is a colorful cotton blend that is perfect for those summer evenings.
Although the pattern calls for 2 skeins of Noro Taiyo Sport, you will actually only require about 1.5 skeins. You will have enough yarn left over to easily make this shawl longer if you desire.
