Product Details
Delicate as a flower, yet knit to last for eons, Eonemone blooms beautifully from your leftover yarn scraps. Surround yourself with creativity: knit one to embellish a gift, craft a bouquet to brighten your desk, or wind a few on the handle of your knitting basket.
Knit with less than 30 m (33 yd) of lace weight yarn, Eonemone is perfect for using up those last bits of a skein you love, for example, a lovely mohair blend like Ito Sensai. Adding a thread of Ito Urugami wool-paper yarn in with the mohair creates a more stable structure for larger flowers.
PS: In the inspiration picture it´s a clematis rather than an anemone, it´s a bit of artistic liberty that I took. “Eonemone” rolls better of the tongue than “clemeontis”.
