Thank you all for your encouragement with this design, this is my first crochet hat English pattern that I brought out and it is my favourite style of summer raffia hat. I spent some time experimenting with different increase ratios and finally I was happy with the angle of the brim and also the crisp shape of the style. I hope you will find it interesting to make and enjoy wearing it as much as I did.

Crochet Hook JP 4/0 (2.25mm)
Gauge 18sts = 10cm; 20 rnds = 12cm, using JP 4/0 (2.25mm) crochet hook.
