EasyFit Mittens

**Easy to wear - almost easy to make. **

I created this pattern when the alpaca farmer for whom I made a number of my 'EasyFit Gloves' received a request for some mittens, so I adapted my fingerless gloves pattern into the EasyFit Mittens pattern, to allow for the thumb and fingers to be covered completely.

YOU can make your own mittens using this pattern - add stripes, lacework, change the yarn thickness; the options are many and varied!  

As written, this pattern is a snug fit on a medium women’s wrist, with 'wriggle room' in the palm/fingers section. The thumb section is worked before the palm/fingers section, utilising a special join which helps eliminate a hole between the thumb and the palm.
