This pattern is written in US crochet terms. The pattern is written with a confident pattern reader in mind. Whilst the instructions given will work the blanket to measure approximately 37" x 46", the size can be altered easily once you have a good understanding of the pattern. Any yarn can be used, however a swatch of a few rounds will be necessary to ensure your work lays flat.
