I am knitting Sidney in Debbie Bliss Piper, I was initially unsure about buying this yarn as I thought I prefer 100% natural products, but am now a keen convert. The blend gives the yarn a softness and stretch that you don’t get with pure cotton and although this is still a WIP, I’m confident it won’t droop as some cotton tops do. The colour (Pool) is a lovely vivid shade. It does split occasionally but that is easily fixed whilst knitting.
Butiful luminous yarn with stunning drape and a lovely hand! A joy to knit with and a joy to wear!
Beautiful yarn! Stunning drape and a beautiful hand! Lovely to work with and wear!
Lovely yarn to crochet with and the result has good stitch definition, shape and drape. I’ll definitely use again
I bought this yarn as a cheaper substitute for Rowan Soft yak and I am very pleased with it. The yarn is soft and stitch definition excellent. Knits up to tension exactly. The colour is a little “flat” but that’s probably to be expected with a cotton yarn.
Cannot fault yarn or service. When I order yarn I know I'm going to get the best in every way. I can't resist the beautiful yarns for sale.
Knitting up well so far. No knots in whole balls. Yarn not splitting during knitting, I find this a problem with some other cotton yarns. Colour a good match to online picture.
Beautiful yarn, lovely to work with and colour exactly as stated on website.
An excellent service! Good variety of products at reasonable prices. Arrived promptly and well-packaged.
