Finished chest circumference 31 (34½, 38¼, 41¾, 45½, 49, 52¾) in / 78.5 (87.5, 97, 106, 115.5, 124.5, 134) cm chest circumference. Vest shown measures 34½ in / 87.5 cm, worn with 2 in / 5cm of ease.
Yarn Sublime Egyptian cotton DK (100% cotton; 115 yd / 105 m / 50 g): #329; 6 (7, 8, 9, 9, 10, 11) balls. Substitute with approximately 690 (760, 840, 920, 1000, 1080, 1160) yds / 630 (700, 770, 840, 920, 990, 1060) m of DK weight yarn with the following knitting gauge.
Gauge 22 sts and 28 rnds = 4” in St st and in Checkered stitch pattern. Adjust needle size if necessary to get the correct gauge.
Needles and notions Size 4mm (US6) circular needles, 30-40 in / 80-100 cm long for body. Size 4mm (US6) circular needles, 16 in / 40 cm long for collar.
