Dainty Diamond Blanket

I designed the Dainty Diamond Blanket when I was pregnant; I had the most perfect gradient yarn but couldn’t find the perfect pattern. Of course, you don’t need to use a gradient yarn! For my blanket I used 4ply but the pattern is incredibly versatile and you could use any yarn type you wish as guage is not necessary. I used a 3.5mm hook with 4ply yarn. You can make this blanket in any (square) size you wish.

The Dainty Diamond Blanket is worked from the centre, creating gorgeous dainty diamonds. It is written in UK crochet terms and is ideal for a progressing beginner crocheter. You will need to be able to work double crochet and treble crochet stitches alongside slip stitches.
