This is a cozy, textured beanie that is loose-fitting enough to cover a ponytail. This is a great way to use dark-colored yarn without losing the detail of the design. Finish this off with a big pom pom (a faux fur pom pom would like nice on this too) for a finished look.
This pattern works with either a heavy worsted or aran weight yarn.
