Chunky Bubble Baby Blanket

The bubble stitch may look daunting at first, but it’s surprisingly easy to knit and very rewarding once you get started.

I’ve used Rico Essential Mega Chunky Wool for this blanket because it gives beautiful stitch definition, but the pattern works just as well with Paintbox Chunky yarns, which are available in lots of fabulous colours. Both are my favourite yarns to work with as they are reasonably priced yet still incredibly soft. Other chunky yarns can also be used, though please note that the finished size may vary from the measurements given in the instructions.
