This project is for a sweet little baby blanket with lovely chevron pattern that highlights especially the self striping yarns.
Caron Cakes is a beautiful and soft yarn with the perfect amount of yarn in a skein to make a baby blanket. There are plenty of beautiful color combinations to choose from. The borders are knitted in seed stitch, the first rows are always slipped, not knitted for a beautiful, clean edge. The blanket also begins and ends with 4 rows in seed stitch for a beautiful framing of the inside pattern.
