Product Details
Crescent shaped shawls are so easy to wear, as they stay on without a shawl pin. They can be worn as a scarf and draped in many different ways.
Beginning with a center neck cast on, the shawl features 2 columns of yarn-over increases, plus increases at the edges. The first section is all in garter st, so the knitter will see fast progress. The gradient colors will be graduated with the lightest color at the top, and the darkest at the lower edge. At the lower border, there is a lace design which forms a scalloped edge.
Pattern can use a gradient yarn as shown, or a single skein of fingering weight yarn - 460 yds [410m].
