This sweet little newborn hoodie sweater is only available in the newborn size...more sizes will be added in the future. I used a circular needle in U.S. size 6 as well as DPNs in U.S. size 6. I knitted mine in Hobby Lobby's Baby Bee Sweet delights....it took 1 skein. However, any #3 yarn will work for this pattern.....You could use a #4 yarn but it will result in a tighter stitch and a bit larger overall size of the sweater.
UPDATE: On the hood instructions it says continue work until it measures 4.5 inches, BUT the correction should say until it measures 6 inches.

- Any #3 weight yarn can be used for this pattern as long as it is good for a baby's skin. Just a small amount of the stripe color is needed.
