It is a good quality yarn, and that recommended for the pattern I am knitting, which is a child’s ‘vest’. The equivalent of a scarf for an adult meant to keep neck and chest warm under a coat. It was described as soft but it knits up quite firm and lacks the cosy, soft elasticity I expected for such a project. It looks good, but I feel with this texture the roll neck won’t feel warm and cosy and not be easy enough to pull on and off.
Hello I found the product to be very smooth for knitting. Delivery was on time as promised. My reason for rating with five stars is because of the flaw I found in one skein. Twice I came across the splitting and the yarns tied together. This is very disappointing to me. I haven't used all of the yarn yet. Hopefully there's no more such flaw there. I love the colour. might consider buying from you in future. Malik Syed
The wool is really easy to knit with and the finished jumper looks beautiful. I had read a previous review which mentioned that the wool does not go as far as others so I ordered a couple more balls. The pattern said 8 balls but I actually used 13 balls of this brand. That said I would buy the Cascade Elysian 6 again.
