Product Details

This is a light crescent shaped shawl which is mainly a mixture of squishy garter and interspersed braid style cables, that unravel down opening into small sections of lacework, through the body of this wrap into a twisted rib-based lace border to finish it off. It has a relatively swift rate of increase to form the shape, with 4 stitches being increased on each (RS) row and 2 on each (WS) row throughout the pattern. It uses nearly 3 skeins of Fingering weight yarn, 2 for the main body & 1, preferably tonal or solid colour, for the lace border.
