Product Details
The bobble pop blanket uses cluster stitch bobbles to create textured circles which are squared as you join them, to create a colourful fun blanket. Work it as a temperature blanket, or add a few motifs in contrasting colours to create an extra pop!
The finished blanket is super warm and cosy, perfect for cuddling up on a chilly evening or as an extra layer on your bed.
The pattern is written in US terms using simple stitches. The design gives you the chance to practice some fun techniques including the magic ring (optional), bobbles and joining as you go (also optional). It is suitable for a confident beginner. Video tutorials are also available (links in pattern)
The blanket can be made in any size or shape.
This pattern is not intended for use as a baby blanket.
The pattern is written using around 850g / 2000m of acrylic dk yarn and a 4mm hook. However, it can also be made using aran or worsted weight yarn and an appropriate hook.
