Product Details

Cardigans, tunics, tees, ponchos and capes galore are yours for the ‘making’ with Berroco Modern Cotton, a blend of 60% Pima cotton/ 40% viscose, that knits up like a dream on US 7 (4.5mm) needles. Did we hear you mention color? Well now, this worsted weight yarn has ‘color’ written right through its DNA – frankly, if you can’t find what you’re looking for in this abundant palette, may we (respectfully) suggest that it probably doesn’t exist!

The cotton came in a skane, so firstly you had to roll it into a ball. Whilst working with the cotton you had to be careful to keep all the threads on the hook. The finished article was lovely. Soft to touch and warm to wear. Perfect.

The yarn came in a skane that needed rolling into a ball. It had a tendency to spilt whilst you were working, so you had to be careful to have each strand on your hook. The finished cardigan was soft, warm and very pretty.

Beautiful cotton blend yarn true to gauge. After finishing one skein, the sweater is soft and silky and feels like it will be very comfortable. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the yarn splits easily.
