Product Details
Soft and stylish, Argentum is worked seamlessly in the round using fingering yarn held together with a contrasting colour of lofty mohair lace yarn. Argentum mixes neat twisted rib edges with a subtle stepped garter stitch pattern to create textural and visual interest.
Yarn Requirements 437 yards/400 metres of fingering/4 ply yarn and 437 yards/400 metres of mohair lace/2 ply yarn. Both yarns are held together throughout. This yarn combination can be substituted with 437 yards/400 metres of light worsted/DK/8 ply yarn.
Gauge 17 sts and 28 rounds per 4 inches/10 cm in stepped garter stitch, knitted in the round, after blocking. Gauge is not crucial but a different gauge will alter the finished size, drape and amount of yarn required.
