Anadara Blanket is a blanket version of the Anadara shawl. Based on pi shawl construction, it features expanding sections of garter rib ending in a delicate scalloped border.
Anadara Blanket can be knit in all weights of yarn. The approximate yardages by section for a worsted/chunky weight blanket are as follows: Section 1: 15 yds Section 2: 20 yds Section 3: 15 yds Section 4: 150 yds Section 5: 35 yds Section 6: 420 yds Section 7: 70 yds (adult and baby ruffle only) Section 8: up to 1700 yds (adult only) Lace Edging: 200 yds (baby); 400 yds (adult and baby ruffle)
Optimal gauge/needle size is determined by the yarn chosen.
