Small - 20cm around ball of foot (medium - 22cm around ball, large - 24cm around ball).
This pattern contains instructions to make Dorset buttons in the Templar Cross style as well as your crochet instructions.
It's easily adjustable if you felt like using a different weight of wool, especially if you try it on as your working.
