Product Details
If you are looking for a simple & easy crochet cardigan for spring, summer or any season, Afrodille is perfect as a cover up for little ones. The pattern is written in Standard American Crochet Terminology (although a conversion table for British Crochet Terminology is given), with full written instructions and no charts.
Skill Level - Intermediate, as you will be crocheting a simple crossed pattern and crocheting round the posts of stitches to form a rib.
Sizes - the pattern has 3 sizes to fit 16, 18 & 20 ” chests respectively.
Materials - 100/150/200g of DK yarn, 4 & 5mm crochet hooks, 1 large button/toggle & a tapestry thread.
Afrodille would make a great baby shower gift and is a quick project that could easily be completed in a couple of evenings.
The sample was knit in Rowan's Milk Cotton (now discontinued) but this would work up well in any DK cotton with the same gauge: 10cm² = 20hdc & 14 rows
