Product Details

Valley Yarns Lyra is a stunning gender-neutral cardigan that every child would want in their wardrobe knit in Valley Superwash Bulky. This sweater with diamond and moss cables on a reverse stockinette background will keep them warm when playing in front of the house or the playground. Lyra is knit flat in one piece from the bottom up to the underarms, then divided and worked to the shoulders. The sleeves are picked up around the armholes and knit down to the cuffs. The hood continues the cable of the back of the head. Valley Yarns Valley Superwash Bulky combines extra-fine Merino softness, machine-washable ease, and incredible warmth into a yarn that you won’t want to live without in your stash! The cable pattern is charted and written out.

Far too ‘wordy’ instructions. Pattern is knitted in one piece with markers for cables and sides. Surely it would be easier to just write the pattern straight across? So many confusing markers! I didn’t complete the first row of the pattern!
