Expedited Shipping

We've sadly had to temporarily suspend the UPS 2 day shipping service, and is not currently available at checkout. 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to some countries. See the full list of excluded countries.

Large and Heavy Orders

Exceptional orders which are unusually large and/or heavy, will be shipped via UPS Ground, and will be on your doorstep in 5 - 10 business days. Additional postage costs may apply. If this is the case, a member of our Smiles Team will be in touch.

Shipping to Canada

For customers in Canada, we have a flat shipping rate of CA$13.95 and it's free for orders over CA$120!

Duties and Taxes

Items shipping outside of the US may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You are responsible for payment of any such duties and/or additional taxes.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.
