I live in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada with my husband, the floatplane, and snowmachines named Fred and Tundra Sam. Since I'm now happily retired from my day job, I can usually be found enjoying all the outdoor adventure opportunities available in the Canadian north or indulging my obsessions with knitting, quilting, weaving and pottery. My original knitting patterns are self-published under Redtigerdesigns and are available through LoveKnitting, Ravelry and Patternvine, as well as on my own website at www.redtigerdesigns.weebly.com. News, tutorials, test knitting opportunities and promotions can be found through my Ravelry group. Redtigerdesigns was named in memory of a very special springer spaniel named Red Tiger Lily.
