Knitter/designer of cables, double-knits, and lace. Dancer of jigs and reels. Auntie of felines. I’m Síle (pronounced she-la), an accomplished knitter and Irish dancer. Since a back injury sidelined me from performing, I started combining my two worlds to create unique knitting patterns with a bit of Irish dance knowledge. Knit Dance Repeat Designs is the result of that mashup. I live on the island of Newfoundland, where I make good use of my warm, and often cabled, handknits. Need a low vision version of my patterns?
