I was taught at a very young age basic knitting skills by my Mum. As I reached adult and being a young Mum myself I learnt a lot more by trial and error. I love to see homemade items being worn and knowing the time effort and love which goes into each one makes it so worthwhile. Even my little doggie has his own unique knitted jackets/coats.
