Wren Baby Set Knitting Pattern Premature-12 months approx

This pattern looks lovely knitted up for a small baby and is nice and simple to knit. A lovely project which would make an ideal gift to welcome a new baby.

Wren is a knitting pattern design for make a long-sleeved cross-over cardigan, hat, booties, mitts and bonding squares for a baby. The pattern gives you measurements to create a garment for premature to 12 month babies, with an approximate chest size of 12 – 20″. Suitable for girls or boys.

This Silk Marsh Designs pattern is suitable for use with most double knitting yarns, however tensions may vary and we recommend you knit a tension square before knitting the whole garment. The yarn I used for this design is King Cole Cherished Baby DK – see the image chart provided for how many balls of 100g yarn you need for each size.

This hand-knit design features a soft basket weave textured pattern with garter stitch edging.
