I have copied the following description of the situation directly from the Ravelry forum for sellers like me:\n“Starting January 1st 2015, new tax laws apply to digital goods and services sold to customers in the European Union (EU). \u003cstrong\u003eWhenever a customer from an EU member country buys a PDF or other digital product, VAT (tax) will be owed to the country where the buyer resides.
