So after several messages back and forth to confirm what a decerning young lady considered the essential features of a 'troll hat', I designed a hat with a pattern of chain stitches running up the outside using a Jacobs Ladder stitch in an appropriate colour scheme, with some flower decorations, and a chain tuft at the top.
